The Real Estate Trainee will train to perform land acquisition services with supervision and training, primarily for local public agencies. Balances the workload from numerous projects, landowners and files. Represents the company in a professional manner with both landowners and clients.
The Real Estate Trainee will have the following duties:
Assists agents in preparing documents necessary to present offers to owners.
Researches real estate records in the Clerk’s office to determine property ownership, easement location, right-of-way widths.
Displays ability to read and understand property titles, deeds, wills, and real estate plats.
Demonstrates ability to build client files with all necessary documents.
Interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates assignments as directed.
Demonstrates the ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Displays effective time management.
Adheres to company policies and client standards to ensure compliance with applicable policies and performance measures.
Works to gain knowledge of the Uniform Relocation Act, ODOT policies and State Law.
Safety sensitive position.
Other duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess an Oklahoma Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to and from work. Out of town work for short periods of time may be required for the position.
Must be willing to relocate to Tulsa, Oklahoma.
